Who we are.
The Wildmore Group is led by our Co-Founders who bring an extensive array of skills and experience to deliver a world-class personal service to our clients.
Director & Co-Founder
Simon has a track-record of unrivaled success across the consumer and Life Sciences industries which he has been part of for over 15 years.
Simon prides himself on being adaptable, enthusiastic and creative when approaching each project he undertakes. He is particularly inspired by those who are willing to take a calculated risk. Simon started his career with Unilever working across brand marketing, category management and research before making a career switch into recruitment where he initially worked for two of the most respected international headhunters before launching a global search business and then creating The Wildmore Group.
Simon takes the lead on all FMCG and Retail projects and is the key point of contact for all of our clients. This hands-on, customer-led approach ensures consistency for our clients and helps us create strong relationships and a deeper understanding of their needs. This is why our clients use us again and again.

The management team is supported by several key partners across Planning, Research, Administration, Finance and Strategy.
Consultant – Life Sciences
Liam brings a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Life Sciences industry, something that was developed initially through studying Sciences at University. Since then, Liam has progressed quickly through a 10-year career in business management, excelling in the areas of recruitment, staff retention and motivation. This has helped Liam learn that in order for a business to be successful, it must first have the right people on board.
With this extensive experience, Liam focuses on the Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals industries at The Wildmore Group. Liam uses his considerable understanding of how to attract and retain the best talent and combines this with his natural curiosity for the Sciences. He fully appreciates the importance of building long-term relationships and focuses on creating valuable opportunities for both clients and candidates alike.
